Mr. Bart McNabb, owner of BeMac Custom Homes LLC, dba Picture Perfect Custom Homes has been in the building industry since early 1972, with experience in commercial building, multi family, and single family homes, in custom and production spec homes. 

Mr.McNabb started in this industry as a framer for a small company and progressed to management in a very short time. His eye for details and understanding of how a company should uniformly run gave him the edge that he needed to move up in his career. All of his building skills have been learned by hands on throughout his life, combined with his education and integrity; it has given him the empowerment that he needs to run his own prestigious company.  

In 1992 Mr. McNabb purchased a company by the name of W.C Construction (a commercial construction company) affiliated with Century Custom Homes, and then in 1996 the owner of Century Custom homes retired (Mr. Terrell Lee) and Mr. McNabb bought the residential side of the company. In 2001 the name of the company was changed to Picture Perfect Custom Homes, but due to legal reasons (tax rules and license regulations) in March of 207 Picture Perfect Custom had to obtain an LLC and could not do so under the assumed name, that is when BeMac Custom Homes LLC was created with a dba, so that we could keep doing business as Picture Perfect Custom Homes. We were not willing to let go of our name since we have already established this to be our name and are performing work under the name as Picture Perfect Custom Homes. It would also interfere with our signs and our website www.pitureperfectcustomhomes.com, that we have already spent time and money on to market our name.
